Job Description:
Full Time Reporter Position. The Enid News & Eagle has an
immediate opening for an energetic, creative, outgoing news
reporter with outstanding news judgment and an ability to write
impactful stories in a fast-paced environment. Primary
responsibilities include reporting and writing 1-2 stories daily
for news and 1-2 stories weekly for advance copy deadlines;
shooting or arranging photos to accompany byline stories, weekend
general assignment rotation shifts; generating stories from
assigned beat(s); knowledge of social media and digital
communications; knowledge of InDesign and willingness to train on
pagination software and a familiarity with content management
software. Bachelor's degree preferred, as well as 1-2 years'
experience in news reporting or public relations communications.
This is a full-time position and includes paid vacation, health
