Job Description Job Description Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Pay: $18–$20 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. 40 hours/week. Overtime may be required. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Client Service Specialist with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude to support our Battery Service Center (BSC) program initiatives across the U.S. This role requires a detail-oriented team player who executes at a high level and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Adhere to all company policies, including attendance standards. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (reflective vest, steel-toe shoes/boots, approved respirators, protective gloves, and safety glasses). Support dealer/retailer order processing through SNT’s software platform (ALFRED). Answer and manage incoming calls from dealers, retailers, and customers. Complete and submit online orders accurately and efficiently. Schedule and confirm transportation of products. Collaborate with Technical Client Services team members to complete assigned tasks. Assist with inventory needs alongside the Logistics Supervisor. Work closely with the SNT Logistics Supervisor and Client Sales Engineer to ensure dealer/retailer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Provide customers with correct instructions and documentation as needed. Participate in internal and external meetings to support process improvements. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field OR Any level degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience OR 5 years of experience in a related field Additional Details Department: BSC / Call Center Job Classification: Non-Exempt Start Date: ASAP (once cleared) Work Environment: Onsite – 5 days per week Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
