Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking an Energy
Accountant at the staff to senior level to join our client's team.
This role is ideal for an accountant who enjoys hands-on accounting
work, wants exposure to both AP and revenue processes, and is
looking for long-term growth. The position focuses heavily on JIB
and AP processing, reconciliations, and analysis, with
opportunities to expand responsibilities over time. The anticipated
salary is between $60,000-$90,000 a year. Responsibilities: ·
Process and upload JIB and AP transactions accurately and timely ·
Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close
activities · Perform account analysis and reconciliations,
including ad hoc requests · Assist with AP accruals and bank
reconciliations · Support internal reporting and financial analysis
as needed · Gain exposure to revenue accounting processes ·
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to resolve
discrepancies Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field · 1-4 years of accounting experience,
preferably in the energy industry · Familiarity with JIB accounting
and accounts payable processes · Strong Excel skills and general
accounting system experience · Detail-oriented with strong
analytical and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple
tasks in a deadline-driven environment · Exposure to revenue
accounting · Experience with reconciliations and accruals Benefits:
